One At the heart of Manatec’s production system lies Quality. Stringent Quality control measures are introduced at various steps of manufacturing process. Incoming Quality, In Process Quality, Patrol Audit, FG audit are practiced at various levels to ensure products leaving factory are of highest standards. With long-established vendor base, on site self check methods are established at the vendor premises itself. Custom-designed, high precision quality jigs are established in-house and at the vendor’s premises to check deviations, if any.
Zero Effect Zero Defect (ZED) initiatives is taken inside the factory to strengthen our Quality systems.

Total Quality Management (TQM) Initiative
Manatec launched the TQM initiative in December 2011 by releasing the TQM Logo & banner during an employee meeting.
TQM steering committee has been formed to drive the TQM initiative.
MANATEC is working towards achieving the coveted DEMING AWARD.
